EMAIL

You can e-mail your order to mike@avi-sci.com please include the information outlined above with your
order. You can send us two different emails each with one half of your cc number and remember to include
your expiration date too along with the 3 digit number on the back. If you are more comfortable calling us
directly, you can call us at (800) 942-3438 between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM eastern time to give us your
credit card number or if you call us after hours, you can leave it on the answering machine. Remember to
include your expiration date and the 3 digit code on the back. If you get the answering machine, it WILL give
our name in the message. We never "cold call" anyone to ask for a credit card number and you should never
give one out to a cold caller. If we ever have to call you regarding your credit card, we will TELL YOU (not ask
you) the last 4 digits that we have on file.

FAX

You can fax your order to us at (989) 224-0258. With your order, please include your name, full street
address, phone number with area code, and method of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and
Discover. We also accept COD Orders (You may also use personal check or money order, but your order is
not shipped until payment is received).

PHONE

You can call us any time between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm at (800) 942-3438 or (989) 224-9227 to get a real
person, or call after hours to leave a message on the answering machine. Orders are shipped within a 24
hour period. If ordered by 1:30 pm EST, orders are usually shipped same day (This applies to most orders).

their ages and if they are breeders or not, it all makes a difference to us and which of our products are best
for their life cycle needs.
